咖喱鸡块

这是我在天气还很热的时候做的:

我的咖哩鸡块是这么做的,
原料:四五个中等大小的土豆,鸡翅中段或者翅根五六个、七八个,油咖喱一小玻璃罐(或者咖喱粉也可以),葱姜若干
做法:
1, 鸡翅下锅清水煮到接近熟,取出沥干
2, 土豆去皮,切滚刀块,下锅放油煸炒到接近熟,大概边缘一层略带透明的样子,取出沥干
3, 鸡翅下锅煸炒一下使皮变脆一些,煸炒时放姜片
4, 放入煸好的土豆,加水煮开,放油咖喱或咖喱粉,翻匀
5, 盖上锅盖小火煮,等水近收干,中间时不时翻动一下
6, 撒葱段,出锅

吃吧,记得再用电饭煲煮些米饭,米饭拌着碗底的咖喱吃,香着呢
