Thank you for your good explanation and comments. The cost budget is not yet finalised, and we are waiting for instructions for 2005 salaries from corporate level. Today I cannot guarantee anything, as the company’s financial state is very bad. But, I do agree you have done an excellent work this year, and have taken over and managed well new responsibilities. Personally I think you should also get the merit for it.

I will come to Shanghai in the beginning of this year, once I have the budget confirmations and the CS targets for 2005 are set. I am keeping in my mind your mail, and we can discuss further when we meet.
