自制午餐三明治

公司楼下餐厅油腻太大维生素偏少,不利于健康。从今天开始,每天自制三明治当午餐。

材料:

  • 切片面包3片
  • 奶酪1片,光明牌12片装的
  • 火腿1片,荷美尔牌真空包装的
  • 番茄1只,切成薄片
  • 鸭肉少许,家乐福的熟菜,再片成薄片

做法:

  1. 按照“[面包] – [奶酪 & 火腿] – [面包] – [番茄片 & 鸭肉片] – [面包]”的顺序垒起来
  2. 把四边切齐
  3. 沿对角线切开
  4. 用保鲜膜包起来,再用报纸报上,就可以拿在手里上班去了
