红豆沙小圆子

1. 赤豆煮熟,沥干水,用搅拌机打成糊糊,也就是豆沙;
2. 把豆沙放在炒菜锅里,放非常少的水使其稀稠合适,如果已经很稀了,就用小火慢慢收干水分;
3. 一边翻炒一边加红糖,直到甜味合适为止,分装到小碗里。也可以先把红糖熬成糖浆再加入。要领:一定要放红糖,否则红豆沙的色泽会不够红。
4. 小圆子另外用锅煮熟后捞出加入小碗中即可。
