芥兰

1. 新鲜芥兰洗净,切开
2. 锅里放水,放些盐,把芥兰煮到刚刚熟即可,一根根捞出来在盘子里排好
3. 洗干净锅,把锅烧热,加少许菜油,加豆豉酱或者老抽,加少许水使其变淡些,加少许糖、盐、味精,搅匀煮开,淋在已经盛在盘子里的芥兰上即可。
