排骨萝卜汤

萝卜排骨汤

1. 放一锅水,放姜和黄酒,不要放盐和味精,放切好的肋排煮到烂。先用大火煮沸,撇去沫子,然后用小火炖两个小时;
2. 白萝卜削皮,切成小块,放进肉汤里一起煮,放味精和盐。大火煮沸后改用小火,把姜片捞出来,再过一个小时就可以了。撒上一些葱花更漂亮一些。

萝卜可以尽量多一些,排骨萝卜汤最好吃的就是烫烫的萝卜,汤也很好喝。可以把萝卜和汤都吃完后把肉留下,再放一锅水,一模一样再做一锅。
