鱿鱼炒笋丝

1. 鱿鱼在菜场买的时候就让小贩给杀好、剥掉皮、洗干净;
2. 回家后把鱿鱼背上切出花来,切片;
3. 冬笋一个,切丝;
4. 锅里放油烧热,放几片姜,鱿鱼下锅翻炒,放少许黄酒,放点盐,八九分熟的时候连汁水一起盛出;
5. 锅里放油烧热,把笋丝煸煸熟,然后放鱿鱼下去一起炒;
6. 等水收干,勾很薄的欠,就可以装盘了。
