Home-made Bread

经过大约五到六次的失败,用掉了三包一公斤装的面粉,若干糖、盐、牛奶、奶油、油、酵母,以及若干千瓦时的电之后,终于做出了一块还有点面包感觉的东西:

04.11更新:基本上和店里卖的面包差不多了,尤其是内部的纹理、空隙。有所欠缺的是表面有点稍微焦了点,底部太焦太硬了。不过这也没办法,现在这个烤箱太小了,热量不均匀,底火也没法单独调解。
